Elevaris AI is an Australian studio based in Sydney that builds AI receptionists, websites, and local SEO for small businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how you can contact us about it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), business name (optional), the service you're interested in, and your message. If you email us directly, we keep that correspondence.

We also use Vercel Analytics to understand how the site is used. This gives us aggregate information such as page views and general location. It does not use cookies to track you across other websites, and we don't use it to identify individual visitors.

We use your contact details to respond to your enquiry, arrange demos, and provide the services you ask about. That's it. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we don't add you to a marketing list without asking.

Two service providers process data on our behalf: Formspree, which receives and forwards contact form submissions, and Vercel, which hosts this website and provides its analytics. Both are based in the United States, so information you submit may be processed outside Australia under their respective privacy policies.

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if we end up working together, for the duration of the engagement and any period required for tax and business records. If you'd like your details deleted sooner, ask and we'll remove them.

You can ask at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email harley@elevarisai.agency and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

If you're ever unhappy with how we've handled your information, email us and we'll sort it out directly. You'll be dealing with the owner, not a support queue. You also have the right to raise concerns with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) at any time.

If we change how we handle personal information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
